The Periploi Group was established by Brian Stapleton in 2001. We are a boutique business consulting group, currently around two core business streams of Aviation and People. Periploi Aviation was established in 2004 and has been engaged by business owners and leaders to respond to a wide range of commercial and operational challenges across the Aviation / Airline industry. Our PMO capabilities were recognized globally in leading the ORAT project at Terminal 2 Dublin Airport in 2010. Together with our consulting and project management capabilities we have developed a number of Joint Ventures and commercial alliances. Our Alliance partners include: - MIAGEN - Boeing Jepessen - ASSISTIM - Skyplan Our PEOPLE practice was established in 2001 and comprises: AER - Aviation Executive Recruitment specialising in discreet and targeted search and selection processes while maintaining the initial anonymity of both parties and the integrity of process. Periploi Workplace is recognized as a leading edge consulting firm in supporting employers in developing strategies to design, plan and implement initiatives supporting Productivity Improvement, Change Management, Employee Negotiations, Grievance Handling, and Disputation. We provided expert resources on "Executive Lease" to support a range of projects or the interim replacement of senior human resources executives.
