Bob is an accomplished human resources, learning and performance improvement consultant with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Over that time, Bob has held a number of consulting positions which enabled him to significantly improve organizational results for dozens of large and mid-sized clients by focusing on key performance drivers, aligning processes and tasks to organizational strategy, and designing and implementing custom learning and performance improvement solutions. In 1998, Bob co-founded and managed SculpTech, Inc., a company that specialized in end-user training and technical writing in support of large technology implementations. Bob also was a member of the learning and development leadership group for Hewitt Associates, where he managed global learning and integration. He founded Performicon in 2005. Bob is a graduate of Villanova University and an active member in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP certified), Association for Talent Development, and International Society for Performance Improvement (Lifetime Member). Bob is also SPHR certified by the HR Certification Institute. Performicon maintains an active network of human resources specialists and instructional designers who support clients on a project-by-project basis. Great care is taken when matching individual contributors to projects/clients. At a minimum, project contributors are matched based on the clients need and the individuals professional experience, expertise, and interpersonal style.
