Merger yields global presence and leverages consulting leadership in asset management. PARK CITY, UT. 1st Jan 2014 — MCS & Training Inc, an asset management and consulting services firm focused on capital intensive industry, today announced the completion of a merger with Performance Reliability & Optimization Inc, a reliability consulting company that serves energy, mining, and manufacturing companies. The new business aligns two privately owned, Utah-based companies with complementary consulting services and client-centric cultures with a new name Maintenance Consulting Professionals Inc. The new name represents what we do best, providing professional consulting services in the discipline of Asset Management. MCSPRO's Managing Director and co-founder, Peter Morris said, “This merger provides expertise in modern reliability based asset management philosophies and techniques with a global reach that will better enable us to support our multi-national customers". MCSPRO will continue to be run and managed out of Park City, Ut with an additional office being opened in Houston in 2014.
