Performance Plus Homes was founded by Carol & Bruce Chyka in 2002 as a provider of Home Energy Audits and a provider of fresh air ventilation systems. Our company conducts Home Performance Audits. We are a certified Home Energy Rating Service (HERS) provider. Additionally we are a trained Infra-red thermographer. In addition to National Certifications, our staff holds: Boston Architectural College Master Certificate in Sustainable Design from the Boston Architectural College Johnson County "DM" Contractor's License OSHA 30 Hour Safety Card EPA Lead Safe Practices Certificate Master's Degree in Business from the University of Akron. Our Vision Statement: Providing affordable healthy home strategies for American families from the ground up. Our Mission Statement: To educate consumers about the need to improve the comfort of the home, enhance the health and safety of the occupants, while providing a return on investment through the use of energy efficient products and services.
