From 8 to 80 years of age , beginners through professional athletes. Owner, Dan Brown , has an extensive background in athletics & education. Dan has a Bachelor of Physical Education & Bachelor of Education, both from the University of Manitoba, NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist & Level 1 Poliquin PICP. Dan trains everyone from the "Couch Potato" trying to get in shape right up to athletes that have competed at the World Championship Level.
