Performance Dynamics SA Information

Our organisation provides specialist business and human resources solutions to small, medium and large organisations. We tailor our offering based on what clients require and can either provide assistance on an ongoing monthly retainer, project work or on a need / per hour arrangement. We are also able to consult clients in neighbouring countries. Our company was founded and is headed up by Douw van der Walt, an HR professional with 25+ years of experience. He has worked in several blue-chip organisations from the lowest level in or organisations to the executive. He was previously the Director: Human Resources for Sumitomo Rubber SA (Pty) Ltd, responsible for human resources for South Africa and Africa for almost 10 years. Before that, he held senior human resources roles within ABI, which was part of the SABMiller group of companies (now ABInbev).
