Perfmet Engineering has been trading over 22 years and has built a workforce skilled in the design, manufacture and installation of perforated panels, image perforation, security screen, metal cladding, balustrades and other associated metalwork’s We work in the commercial and high end residential market and have an impressive portfolio of works Our speciality is Custom image metal perforation, and we have the technical expertise in-house not only to provide project cost estimates but to assist where required with design (Solidworks, CAD) When the perforation pattern is agreed the job is allocated to one of our two CNC perforating machines – a 50t COMA and 30t VIPOSS turret punch The machines can handle standard sheets of 1200mm x 2400mm, and up to 1500mm x 6000mm, and can punch Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Zinc Anneal, Galvanised Steel, Copper, Bronze, and some plastics. Depending on the material we can punch 0.5mm to 5.0mm.
