PERFICED endowers to close the gap that exists between what an employer expects and what a fresher has to offer. Our educational material is tailor made for fresher graduates who are still in their 2nd year and 3rd year of graduation. By helping them gain these skills we in turn immensely improve their changes of getting campus hired. Our 2 programs, Foundation Programme on Job Readiness (FPJR) and Advanced Programme on Job Readiness (APJR) caters across 1 academic year each, encapsulates the entire spectrum of accessory skills required for employability. These programs combined with our pre assessment and post assessment mechanism, 360 degree feedback and industry interaction program provides a much needed foundation for freshers to excel.
