8. At Perfect Synergi we offer an express stock, which can be normally be delivered within 4 days. Our standard furniture lead times are on average 2 - 3 weeks. Bespoke or veneered reception counters and boardroom furniture will take up to 6 - 8 weeks. However this is only a guideline and our sales team will be able to give you more details on the specific product lead times. 9. Please always check details if unsure. We will offer assistance where required to guide you through your order and advise on sizes to suit your space. We provide wood and fabric samples free of charge to ensure that you are happy with the colours/finishes that you have chosen. We also recommend a visit to the relevant showroom to view and try out the product and ideally a site visit by one of our sales team to confirm dimensions. As we are not an e-commerce site, we do not offer refunds or credit notes against products that been incorrectly ordered by the client. 10. We have a team of specialist fitters whom will carry out the installation in a professional way, however it will be very much depended on the size and quantity of order or the actual product. Some products will be more complex to install. 11. We always advise clients to take a good amount of time before deciding on a piece or range of furniture within our products. Dependent in the order, we are happy to loan or hire furniture to bridge the delivery gap until the furniture arrives. 12.
