Founded in 1940, Perez has grown into a national company with international reach. We are a 100% Woman and Minority owned, multidisciplinary firm providing a full range of services in-house including architecture, design-build, construction, landscape architecture, planning, interior design, and real estate development. Our depth of service offerings is complemented by eight national offices on the Gulf Coast, West Coast, East Coast, and Midwest, and a diverse portfolio of experience, which spans nearly every building and project type imaginable.
