Many organisations has developed processes and services over a long period of time. As business conditions has changed, new technology has emerged and customer demand has transformed, these processes and services may have become obsolete. A change of processes, delivered services and the utilisation of existing sourcing contracts could significantly reduce cost and greatly improve customer satisfaction. My strength is to streamline IT operations and services by reviewing the current state and implement any necessary changes. From experience I know that operational excellence cannot be achieved without effective and efficient end-to-end process and services. Whilst most IT-organisations continue to be under great financial constraints, control over core processes is vital to be able to get financial room to develop services and deliver increased value to the customer. For more than 15 years I have prided myself for my contribution to improve business operations.
