We're Perago, a transformation delivery partner, working with organisations to deliver change, whether that's hands-on delivery, or the comms, culture and assurance work that makes it stick. We combine user research, hands-on delivery, design and communication to improve services for people, places and organisations. As importantly, we help build the skills and confidence for those organisations to keep improving on their own. For example, we helped one local authority save £20m in year one, then their own team saved another £13.5m in year two, after we'd already left. That matters - it kept working without us.
