Per4orm Information

Per4orm was established by John Beavis FInstLM, a former Royal Navy Clearance Diving Officer, whose career highlights included the Command of the Navy's elite Clearance Divers, Bomb Disposal and Diving Experts, in the extensive lead up and throughout the 2012 Olympic Games Security Operation. The most common challenge he faced was the management of scarce resources - to do more with less - amidst ever increasing risk. Struck by their irreplaceable nature, John knew that the success of any mission laid in equipping his teams to perform at their best, the key to which was to develop their talent. He called upon coaching and found a solution, adopting a developmental leadership style throughout his career to fulfill team potential and drive organizational performance. Drawing inspiration from the most rewarding aspects of his career, John established Per4orm Ltd to continue this theme. He sees coaching and development as a critical aspect of any operating culture that, if correctly integrated, will underpin the successful leadership and fulfill the potential of any organization.
