Marilyn Trainor Storey is the principle designer at Per Design Studio. Taking inspiration from her roots in the colorful and richly textured Mississippi Delta, Marilyn designs in a broad range of styles, skillfully juxtaposing unique elements to create crisp, yet rich, sophisticated, and eclectic interiors, which visually and functionally please. Incorporating design elements in new and unexpected ways is one of Marilyn's special talents. This enables her to especially surprise and please her clients. Marilyn says, "When a client enters their home, office, or place of business, the feel of the space should make their heart sing and bring them an inner smile." She has a knack for understanding just what that pleasing something is for each client, and bringing it into the design space. Marilyn has been traveling far and wide to find those special somethings for her clients for the last ten years. She imports a special line of handcrafted Swedish fabrics available to the trade. She designs interiors, furniture, hand-painted fabrics, and decorative matches, and has clients across the southeast and in the midwest. She will soon launch her design and lifestyle
