Peppertree Ranch Information

Peppertree Ranch has been in the horse boarding business since 1988. Founded by Joan and Bill Hughes and built for their daughter to provide a family setting for Jennifer and others to learn to ride in a safe and fun environment. Joan took what they had learned being boarders from the previous years at other facilities and rolled the good into her vision and weeded out the undesirable parts. In turn, she created the close family feel Peppertree still carries today. Primo has been the stall manager at Peppertree since 1998. He shares a love for the horses and for the ranch. Peppertree has a lighted, sand arena that is tractored daily. We have a full course of jumps, sun pen and a 50' round pen. We have a nice, clean boarders lounge. Peppertree offers the following stalls:12x24 pipe stalls with shelter $385.0012x12 box stalls $465.0012x12 box with 12x16 run $540.00We feed alfalfa and 4-way hay and can arrange to have grass hay for an additional charge along with a feed credit for not using the hay we provide. All stalls are bedded with shavings and cleaned daily. We have automatic waterers.
