Since opening its doors in 1990, Pepperoni’s has consistently created menu items that elevate the dining experience with fresh pizza, wings, and salads. Ray Salti, Pepperoni’s founder and CEO, started Pepperoni’s with a commitment to providing the highest quality ingredients and service to our community. To meet the increase in customer demand for Pepperoni’s signature dishes, we expanded from our first store in Sugar Land, Texas to multiple locations throughout the Houston area. After years of experience, Ray developed an efficient business model that preserves product quality while increasing revenue and profitability. As a result, in 2019, Pepperoni’s launched its franchising opportunities. Being a family-owned business, Pepperoni's values community and is dedicated to consistently deliver memorable experiences to our stakeholders: customers, employees, vendors, and franchisees.
