Randy Pepper, an Oklahoma native has been in the real estate business for 18 years. Having grown up in a family of real estate brokers, "I feel like I have been in the business my entire life". Randy has held Brokers licenses in New York, Pennsylvania and Oklahoma, and owned and operated his own brokerage office before becoming an Associate Broker with Chinowth and Cohen Realtors. Randy, his wife Nicole, and their 6 children live in Owasso Oklahoma. Nicole Pepper has been in the real estate business for 6 years specializing in marketing, design and staging of the properties listed. Nicole handles the office end of the business and is the liaison between the corporate and bank owned properties. Barbara Pepper has been in the real estate business for 12 years. Barbara was a Broker in New York State as well as Office Manager, Relocation Director and the top sales person for the last year she was licensed in New York. Barbara was the first women elected to the St. Bonaventure University Presidents Counsel, has raised 3 children and has 10 grandchildren. Barbara gives every client her undivided attention and enjoys finding them the home they will enjoy.
