Pepper Information

Pepper is the catalyst of my solopreneur adventure. Its aim is to support in their strategy, startups, scaleups and other organization of the IT and Saas industry. Because Pepper is just like me, it could very well apply to something that has nothing to do, as long as it's a crazy project undertaken by ambition, positive energy and passionate men and women. What best defines Pepper, are my personal and professional learnings. As I like to says "𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙨": - 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 -> you sure know much more than me about your own business (and probably many more things). I bring a fresh look, a new angle, to take a step back and see the big picture in a more rational way. Your business is not "my baby" so I can try to be less emotional about it - 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 -> if it was that simple, you would not need me...as a Sales, I have been through these roller coasters with lots of ups and downs. If it's ok to be down, it's not ok to stay down, so let's team up and go grab those victories that fuel your ambitions - 𝐟𝐮𝐧 -> we are all experienced professionals, right? but what's the point of wearing a nice suit and tie if we're not having some fun while fighting our battles? Let's make work fun until we don't feel like we are working anymore If I had to resume what I am bringing with me in a few bullet points: - 15 years of experience in sales, in the industry, services and then IT, - trilingual FR/EN/SP as I was born in France, lived in Australia and Ecuador, then developed business in several areas (SP/PT/CH/IT/UK/UAE/ANZ), - Master's degree in International Business, - Online training during the 1st confinement in Digital Marketing - Advanced Executive Coaching at HEC Paris - fond of intercultural communication and traveling 𝙡𝙚𝙩'𝙨 𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙠 :)
