Our Mission: The mission of Pepper Maintenance® is to bring the service of reliability-centered maintenance to the industry through the use of infrared thermography, vibration analysis, motion amplification, motor circuit analysis, and ultrasonic inspections. Fulfilling our customers’ needs is our highest priority. By adhering to top industry standards, our goal of customer satisfaction will be attained. Who We Are: Pepper Maintenance® is a privately owned company specializing in infrared thermography and vibration analysis as its primary service to the industry. Pepper Maintenance® was founded in 1998 by Randy Springer and Keith Schmidtgall. Their vision at the time was to provide Infrared inspections to the grain elevators they had been working in and around. Vibration Analysis was added in 2004. In late 2010, we added ultrasonic inspections to our menu of services. 2018 brought the addition of motion amplification to round out the reliability services we can provide. Most recently added, we now offer the Acoem continuous monitoring vibration platform. Pepper Maintenance® is staffed by highly qualified thermographers, trained and certified to Level I or II. These same specialists are trained and experienced in all the services we offer. Pepper Maintenance® technicians bring solutions to our clients with a passion for safety and reliability.
