A message to all customers, Please see below information regarding your new supplier, their contact details, what to do now to ensure you receive a final accurate bill and answers to a few frequently asked questions On 19 September 2021 Ofgem transferred the customers of Peoples Energy (Supply) Limited to British Gas as part of the Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR) regulated process. Energy supplies have remained secure throughout this process, with British Gas supplying energy to all customers from this date. Peoples Energy (Supply) Limited ceased supply of energy from 19 September 2021 Following completion of the Ofgem regulatory process, on 24 September 2021, Jonny Marston, Rob Croxen and Paul Berkovi of Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP were appointed as Joint Administrators to the Companies As you have now transferred to your new supplier British Gas, please make a note of their contact details below for any queries you may have. British Gas is not required to take on any unresolved complaints relating to People's Energy.
