Peoples Action Forum (PAF) is an indigenous Zambian non-profit organization working in 3 provinces covering seven rural districts. PAF was founded in 1994, out of awareness of the rising expressions of helplessness from the rural majority. This was achieved by a group of concerned social workers, educators, lawyers, bankers, health specialists, theologians and administrators. Among them was former Zambian Supreme Court Justice, Mrs. Florence Mumba, who served as the organisation's first Chairperson.
