PeoplePlus is a division of Talenger Holdings (Pty) Limited. Talenger has been developing and perfecting employee management software since 1998. The Talenger Enterprise system is widely utilised in various industry sectors such as mining, banking, insurance, manufacturing and the insurance sectors. Based on the success of the Talenger Enterprise system a decision was taken in 2008 to develop a product specifically aimed at meeting the needs of the small to medium sized marget segment. The brief was to develop a product that was easy to use, provided the end user with a Total Employee Management Solution and, most importantly, at an affordable price. The launch of PeoplePlus in 2010 has been a resounding success and our client base has grown exponentially. As with Talenger, the PeoplePlus philosophy has always been to provide exceptional value for money, but more importantly, to provide the service which underpins our philosophy. The PeoplePlus solution was developed to make compliance with legislation easier and more affordable for small to medium sized organisations who, according to our market analysis, Labour reports and client workshops, were struggling to comply with ever increasingly complex legislation, which has and is resulting in a large proportion of businees taking a hammering at the Commission for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA)
