Radexus came out of a decade of enterprise go to market work, and out of watching the same failure repeat. Companies bought AI and could not say afterwards what it earned them. The vendors were not lying. Nobody had agreed what to measure, and nothing was being kept. So we built a company around the opposite habit. Agree the number first, in front of the person who owns the P&L. Build the memory properly. Prove it against the number. Hand it over.
