People Developers' Playground Information

The People Developers’ Playground is a global community for the people behind people development - HR, L&D, DEI, coaches, trainers and leaders who understand that culture, performance and collaboration start with self-awareness. We exist because people skills aren’t “soft” - they are the core of every successful team and organisation. And yet most professionals in this work don’t have a safe space to think out loud, challenge assumptions or learn from peers without noise, ego or superficial advice. Inside the Playground, we share practical tools, bold ideas and lived wisdom through masterclasses, roundtables and meaningful conversations grounded in psychological safety, generosity and cognitive diversity. No pitching. No posturing. Just people committed to doing the work that matters.
