GEELONG & BALLARAT People@Work is a recruitment, labour hire and employment services business with offices in Geelong and Ballarat. As a certified social enterprise, our goal is to match great candidates with employers and we are proudly driven by helping people, not growing our profits. We believe that recruitment is all about people: skills, communication, integrity and community. As a dedicated Not-For-Profit organisation, we pride ourselves in making a difference in peoples lives by connecting them with local businesses and giving back to our community. We do this through grants and volunteering for projects that support children's health and development, youth unemployment and local businesses. Through these grants and organisations, People@Work has been able to contribute $2.2million back to local community projects since 2002. Our services are certified by the Recruitment Consultants Services Association, representing the pinnacle of service excellence within the professional Recruitment and Consulting sector in Australia and New Zealand. More importantly, we know and understand what drives people and businesses in our local community, and support them in the best possible way; by putting people first and at the centre of our success. Our services have been assisting local people and businesses for more than two decades: SME’s and at all levels of government, various industries and the not-for-profit sector. In 2016 we assisted matching 33 people in permanent roles, and the equivalent of 70 full time jobs in labour hire contracts for a wide variety of local businesses who rely on us to provide and manage a pool of dedicated and highly skilled quality temporary staff.
