I help businesses design, launch, and refine products that customers will love. Not by myself. I have a nomme de guerre called Penultima. It’s not an agency and it’s not a consultancy. Penultima is a managed, remote network of talented product, brand, and marketing specialists that obsess about launching and growing successful businesses. We work toward business outcomes by streamlining the product discovery, product design, brand design, and go-to-market process. We sell productized services, not custom projects that inevitably result in scope creep, overages, or missed expectations. We don’t believe in hourly fees or retainers.
