Our gear metrology services include Contract Inspection, Gear Design & Analysis, Reverse Engineering, and Gage Certification. We are A2LA ISO 17025 certified. Our functional inspection portfolio consists of our DOB/DOP gages. These gages have absolute measuring systems so no masters are required. Double Flank Testing, which measures the “the composite”, Tooth to Tooth Error, and Runout in a gear. We offer a variety of functional Spur and Helical Master Gears and Master Worms for composite gear roll testing and inspection machine calibration artifacts.
