PensionPay is retirement income infrastructure for pension providers and insurers. An interest-bearing account, card and app in your brand, receiving retirement income by default - annuity, drawdown or lump sum - and there for the twenty years after it. The deposit licence sits with a regulated banking partner, so balances are FSCS-eligible and earn interest. We build the retirement income layer on top. You bring the brand, the customers and the money. A pension gives a statement a year for a working life, then wake-up packs, guides and a conversation at retirement, followed by a statement a year for the rest of it. But the decisions keep coming after retirement, and they get harder as people get older. The support never changes. For providers, that thin relationship shows up in four places: assets and customers leaving at the decision point, an ageing book that costs more to serve every year, an evidence gap the regulator is now asking direct questions about, and no way to grow a relationship they have spent forty years earning. It reads as four problems. It's one. An account someone uses daily is the thing a payment instruction never was. It keeps the customer, absorbs the servicing, generates the evidence, and shows who needs what, when. White-labelled, and built to go live in quarters, not years. Ahead of a planned early 2027 launch we're finalising the first release with a small number of launch partners. If any of this is on your desk, we should talk.
