Penn Contracting Information

Penn Contracting, Inc is a well established underground utility contractor working primarily in the Metro area. We build water systems, sewers, lift stations, storm sewer infiltration systems and all the related surface restoration that accompanies the underground work. Most of our work is with the various Municipalities in the Metro area. We do occasionally work in the out-state area. Our Projects have ranged in size from a few thousand dollars to over $1,000,000. Oftentimes we are a sub contractor on street reconstruction projects. Each year a larger portion of our work is accomplished by trench-less methods; such as Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and Pipe-bursting. We are a Union Shop. We have labor agreements with LIUNA and the Operating Engineers. We are proud of our Union employees and the good work they have done for us, since our start-up in 1990. We have key employees who have been with us for many years. And we look forward to the next 25 years.
