Penllyn Club Information

All tennis courts will be ready for play and the grounds ready for picnics/relaxation. Both pools will be ready for swimming as well. Keeping our members safe and limiting the spread of COVID-19 remain top priorities. Until further notice, please adhere to the following safety guidelines when you and your guests visit Penllyn Club. Penllyn Clubs Board of Governors request that all members and their guests adhere to the following protocols when on Club premises. Please limit your group to 10 individuals. Set up your table/chairs at least 20-feet away from other tables in the picnic grove. Stay a minimum of 6-feet away from anyone not part of your group, at all times. This includes the picnic area, the clubhouse, the pools and pool areas, and tennis courts. The number of people permitted in pools may be limited at times. Adult supervision of small children is required. The sandbox and playground equipment are temporarily off-limits. Clubhouse access should be limited to use of the restrooms/locker rooms. Stay home if you have a fever, have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Wear a mask or face-cover (small children excepted) at all times when inside the clubhouse and when using the grill. Otherwise, wear a mask or face-cover whenever feasible. Masks/face-covers may not be worn when swimming. Please bring your own disinfecting wipes/sprays, towels, and gloves. Use them before, and after, touching door handles, bathroom fixtures, grills, picnic tables, chairs, etc. The pophouse is temporarily closed and the refrigerators are unavailable for member use. The grills may be used but members are responsible for wiping down grill handles before and after use. It is recommended that you bring your own grilling utensils.
