Peninsula Community Health was formed on 1 October 2011 as a separate, not-for-profit service provider to the commissioning organisation NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly. Although we are now run independently for the benefit of the community, we are still the same people, delivering the same service as when we were NHS Community Health Services.
