Pendulum makes buying and selling a home in Westchester, NY more affordable by reducing listing broker’s commission to as low as 0.875% (vs. the local standard of 2.5% to 3.0%) and offering tax-free cash rebates of up to 2% to buyers. Our business model allows us to do this without compromising local knowledge, quality of inventory or level of service. Pendulum is committed to better serving our community. As such, Pendulum will donate in the names of our clients, 5% of our profits to the PTA of the school district in which a property is sold.
