PELLCO Construction, Inc is a general contractor specializing in municipal and institutional infrastructure including but not limited to earthwork, utilities, demolition, parking lots, storm water structures, parking garages, transit facilities and electrical substations. The projects our cadre of managers, supervisors and experienced tradesmen are capable of is almost unlimited. Our crews are made up of experienced and skilled union employees, many of whom have been with the company since its inception. We typically self-perform all earthwork, underground utilities, structural concrete, rough carpentry and finish carpentry. Our goal is to provide "High Performance, Low Maintenance"​ construction services. Our clients include Washington State, the University of Washington, the Port of Seattle, Sound Transit, King County Metro Transit, the cities of Seattle, Shoreline, Kirkland, Everett, Snohomish County PUD, Puget Sound Energy, South Seattle Community College, City of Sammamish, and the school districts of Monroe, Shoreline, Bellevue, Edmonds, Everett, Lake Washington and Northshore.
