Since 1993, Pegasus Realty Corp., a privately held Colorado company, has been the leasing and management agent for all Pegasus affiliate owned real estate in Colorado. These properties include: office parks, light industrial, land and retail properties. The Company's principals have a combined 50 years of experience in planning, development, financing, private syndication, management, and brokerage in Colorado and California. Activities include both speculative and build-to-suit development of commercial and redsidential projects. Pegasus Realty Corp. is a member of ULI (Urban Land Institute), DMCAR (Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors) and the Aspen Board of Realtors.
