Pegasus App Information

At Pegasus, our mission is to make running horse shows easier for everyone - any discipline, any size, anywhere in the world. Whether you're managing a sanctioned event, a schooling show, or your very first clinic, we believe organizers should be able to run events with ease, on a minimal budget. To achieve that, we built Pegasus: a modern, cloud-based horse show management platform created by Silicon Valley engineers and lifelong equestrians. Pegasus works on any device, from anywhere, with no subscriptions, no per-seat fees, and no upfront costs. Just like Airbnb, you sign up, create your event, and start collecting entries. We only take a small transaction fee when money moves - so you can get started with zero financial risk. The platform centralizes everything you need to run a horse show, including: - Easy online entries and digital paperwork - Live scoring and full eScribing for all disciplines - Scheduling, stall assignments, and payment tracking - In-app messaging for streamlined communication - Vendor and sponsor tools to help generate revenue and keep partners engaged Our mobile app simplifies coordination for both riders and organizers. Organizers can send push notifications to alert riders of updated ride times, ring changes, or missing documents. Riders can manage their entries, add or scratch classes, and view updates - all from their phone - eliminating long lines and last-minute confusion. Pegasus empowers everyone, from local show managers to large-scale organizers, with the tools they need to deliver seamless, stress-free events that elevate the entire equestrian experience.
