[PSL] incorporated in 1995 is a SEBI registered Financial Intermediary Company in the Peerless Group holding membership of National Stock Exchange (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). In addition to the above, the Company is also registered with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as a Depository Participant. It is also an ARN holder for Mutual Funds and is registered with SEBI as Research Analyst (R & A). Currently, the Company has a total of 10 branches spread across West Bengal and one branch in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Company also serves its clients through Business Associates mostly in West Bengal. PSL is considered as ‘One Stop Financial Supermarket’ that offers a diverse range of retail & institutional - investment support products and services to its clients. The bouquet of products and services includes Retail & Institutional Equities, Derivatives, Commodities, Currency, Bonds, Fixed Deposits, DEMAT & repository as well as distribution of mutual funds, etc. It offers technology driven value-added services to its clients viz. PSIP, Margin Financing, NCDs etc. The Company also provides mobile application PSMART which facilitates share trading and Mr. PIP which can be used for Mutual Fund distribution and has enabled facility of Digital Account Opening- a paperless onboarding facility of new clients.
