Peculiar Culinary Company Information

We love to put our peculiar twist on everything we do! We take classic comfort food and other types of cuisines and make them our own. We also pride ourselves in using locally sourced and fresh items. We also make everything from scratch! We established Peculiar in 2012, starting with pop up restaurants and catering. Our food truck opened in October 2015. We cater weddings and other events throughout the Northeastern PA (Scranton/Wilkes-Barre) and Lehigh Valley areas. You can sample our cuisine at one of the many festivals, bars, breweries, pop up dinners and more! Peculiar is led by award winning Chef & CIA graduate Gene Philbin along with his wife Miranda, who handles all event planning and business operations.
