At ROUND1, our mission is simple: Smiles and Everyday Fun for Everyone, Everywhere! As of August 26, 2026, ROUND1 USA operates 59 locations across the United States. Through bowling, arcade games, karaoke, Spo-Cha, dining, and a wide range of entertainment experiences, we create places where people of all ages can connect, have fun, and make lasting memories with family and friends. Our next goal is to grow to 100 locations nationwide and bring the unique ROUND1 experience to even more communities. Our strength lies in our commitment to embrace challenges, adapt to change, and continuously evolve with the needs of our guests and the times. From clean and safe facilities to the latest equipment, appealing products and dining options, and thoughtfully designed sound, lighting, and atmosphere, every detail matters. As part of our next stage of growth, we are also expanding into a new Japanese Food Hall business featuring renowned restaurant brands from Japan. By combining authentic Japanese food culture with ROUND1’s diverse entertainment offerings, we aim to create a one-of-a-kind experience where guests can enjoy dining and entertainment together. Barcade® is a combination bar and arcade with a focus on classic video games and American craft beer. Currently, there are locations in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Connecticut.
