Pechora LNG Information

Pechora LNG, LLC was founded in 2011 for the purpose of implementing of the equally-named project, being an absolute assignee of CH-Oil&Gaz company, which has been coordinating the oil and gas assets of ALLTECH Group since 2008. In 2007, while developing oil and gas sector, ALLTECH Group made a decision to develop the second project (after West Siberian Resources) in the FES field. Selecting gas direction as its priority, a subsidiary of the Group participated and won a tender of the Ministry of Natural Resources for obtaining a license for gas and gas condensate exploration and production on Kumzhinskoye field (Nenets autonomous district) and Ust-Silginskoye field (Tomsk region). Such progress in the Ministry's tender was due to advanced and perspective program of the field development, aimed at multiple-vector disclosure of the region potential. To develop the oil assets ALLTECH Group turned attention to Krasnoyarsk Territory, the perspective region for geologic exploration. The company acquired assets with four licenses for geologic exploration in the following areas: Mukuisko-Egindiysky, Bugarinsky, Yuzhno-Velminsky, and Chandashiminsky, and one more for hydrocarbon exploration and production in Verkhnepitsky area. In the same year of 2007 ALLTECH Group acquired assets in three areas in the North of Sakhalin: Yuzhnaya Okha, Nekrasovskaya, and Prizalivnaya areas. The license covers exploration and production of hydrocarbons. As a result, the assets in three Russian regions - Krasnoyarsk Territory, Tomsk region, and Sakhalin Island were to be coordinated. For this purpose CH-Oil&Gaz LLC Managing company was established. Within the bounds of strategic partnership between CH-Oil&Gaz LLC and ALLTECH Group subsidiary, CH Invest Company, having the license for Kumzhinskoye field (Nenets autonomous district), the project of LNG plant construction was implemented. In 2009 subsidiaries of ALLTECH Group (included into management system of CH Oil&Gaz) received in open tenders and auctions licenses for geological study, exploration and production of carbons at Kargasoksky-2 licensed area in Tomsk Region and Koroviskoye Subsurface Area in Nenets autonomous disrtict. In 2010 ALLTECH Group sold its assets in Tomsk region. In January 2011 due to aggressive development of Pechora LNG Project oil-and-gas assets of ALLTECH Group were restructured. CH-Oil&Gaz company was converted into Design company, all activity of which will be forwarded for the implementation of Pechora LNG Project. Companies Pacific Oil Resources and MTK were driven out of CH-Oil&Gaz directional system. In June 2011 CH-Oil&Gaz, LLC changed its name for Pechora LNG, LLC. It's activity will entirely focus on implementation of the equally-named project in Nenets autonomous district. Pechora LNG, LLC is an absolute assignee of CH-Oil&Gaz company saving all predecessors' commitments.
