We choose application stacks based on the technical challenge presented to us. Our staff are polyglots with expertise in Windows and Open Source technologies with industry experts in both camps. Candidates should be self starters, not afraid to ask when they don’t know, and capable of managing their own time. You will be working as part of a small team, at times working directly with another maker using a single computer, so you must be comfortable working in this kind of environment.
