Peasant's Pantry Information

Peasant's Pantry has been making a variety of specialty meats and charcuterie, including fresh and smoked sausages, house-smoked ham, bacon and ptés, since Nov 2011. We use high quality, locally raised meat and practice nose-to-tail butchery. Our specialty meats are made without fillers and are therefore gluten-free with few exceptions. Open as of Canada Day weekend 2014 at 4491 Highway 12, New Ross , we now also offer butcher cuts of meat, free-range chicken, homemade pickles, local cheeses, sauerkraut and more. Our full menu for eat-in or take-out has an emphasis on local and homemade products. We make our own meats, hamburger buns, white & whole wheat bread, mayonnaise, sauces & spreads, pickles, salads & dressings, soups, fries, and desserts from scratch.
