An interactive, innovative and scenario based global workplace readiness programme. The programme designed through close collaboration and input from leading organisations, equips learners with key transferable employability skills through discussion of the attributes, characteristics and behaviours required in organisations to ensure they understand the realities of working life. Thereby helping them to advance their career and understand how to add value in their next role. ILM Level 2 Award and Extended Award for Young Leaders. This recently launched programme is designed for learners aged between 14 and 24 years. The aim of this ILM award is to help young learners develop a range of skills and behaviours in leadership, self-management and mentoring, alongside an appreciation of the benefits that be gained through social action.
