What types of counseling do I provide? Welcome to Pearland Place. My name is Bob Paluszak. In 2011 I started Pearland Place to provide counseling for individuals and families struggling with a variety of difficult issues. Today, the purpose of Pearland Place is to assist men of all ages. I will provide the support these men need as they face the trials and tribulations they are dealing with. I want to commend you on opening yourself emotionally and intellectually to the therapeutic process. You matter and your mental health matters. As a man, admitting you need help is a difficult step. At Pearland Place, it is understood that this decision to meet with a counselor was made after deep reflection and personal examination. I applaud you for opening yourself up to the therapeutic process. That is why I feel it is important to use a Person Centered Approach. You are the expert on your life. The clients I want to work with are: The high school student trying to overcome makes sense of their emotions and feeling. The man experiencing the emotional toll of a divorce. The father dealing with the challenges of fatherhood. The man learning how to deal with his anger.
