Welcome! The mission of Peak Form Medical Clinic is to help people get their lives back through the best in occupational medicine and physical therapy! Here are some key facts about our company: in 2003 Peak Form PT was founded in Boulder, Colorado and expanded east to Brighton in 2007. In 2015, our Brighton facility moved into a newly remodeled 6000 sq ft state-of-the-art Medical Clinic. It allowed us to add Occupational Medicine, and a full array of Employment Testing Services to our strong Physical Therapy Department. As an industry recognized leader in employment testing, Peak Form utilizes a nationally recognized Functional Employment Testing Program (WorkSTEPS) designed to reduce work-related injuries. We also operate SkiStrong: a custom-designed employee testing program to help ski resorts reduce injuries, lower workers’ comp costs and boost workplace morale. Our evaluations ensure that people are physically capable to perform the job they are being hired for. In addition, we assist employers in implementing programs that hold employees accountable for maintaining fitness. All our physical therapists are fully licensed and members of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Longer sessions are standard: we never skimp on the time it takes to provide expert compassionate treatment and education on rehab and recovery. Our motto is “Comprehensive Care with a Personal Touch”. We make it easy for our clients by providing free insurance verification before the first visit, and by offering 50% discounts for private pay patients.
