Peak Electronics, Inc. provides top quality battery maintenance products and radio accessories to the discriminating modeler. Peak Electronics, Inc. was formed in March 2000 for the express purpose of purchasing ,Sirius Electronics,, which we acquired in April 2000. We moved the business from Beaverton, Oregon to Poway, CA. In April 2001 we acquired ,Custom Electronics, of Higginsville, MO and moved it to our facility in Poway, CA. We continued to operate the businesses from that location until Oct. 2003, at which time we moved the operation to Gilbert, AZ. We are continuing to operate and grow from this facility. As of Oct. 2004 we are proud to say that we have 30,000 battery maintenance products functioning in the field (Chargers, and testers).
