Founded by Matt Lambert, Peacefully Wired was born out of lived experience. After decades of navigating chronic OCD and finding little relief through traditional therapies, Matt committed to a long and intensive healing journey. Through years of OCD coaching, self-study, mindset work, and real-world application, he uncovered what many struggling with OCD never receive: practical understanding rooted in lived reality—not theory alone.
