Peace Dining was founded in 1997 to provide quality sushi boutiques within Whole Foods stores in the Philadelphia, PA region. Today it operates over 225 stores within Whole Foods, Kroger and other major supermarket and specialty stores throughout North America. Operating under the Genji and Mái sushi brands, all stores are corporate owned for maximum control over quality, systems and consistency. Each boutique is managed by a highly trained sushi chef, who is constantly improving his skills to advance in the black belt system.
