The Peace Center for Forgiveness and Reconciliation exists to help African refugees overcome language barrier and culture shock to assimilate into the United States and to spread awareness of genocide, its aftermath, and utilizing forgiveness as a coping mechanism. We provide culturally competent social services and provide programs for refugee youth and adults that instill values and facilitate immersion into activities that people in the United States take for granted.
