At P+E Dental, we're always looking for ways to improve our patients' dental experience. That's why we've made significant investments in the latest dental technologies. And when we're able to combine the efficiency and power of new technologies, our patients are the ultimate winners! We've recently combined two such technologies. This pairing allows us to provide our patients with intricately customized crowns, inlays, and onlays in only one office visit! We begin by using the latest ConeBeam imaging system to create high-quality, 3D panoramic digital x-rays. This allows Dr. Paluk and Dr. Echeverria to fully see the relationship between the patient's teeth, bones, nerves, tissues, and airways like never before, greatly enhancing their treatment planning capabilities. Working from the ConeBeam images, we can then use our CERECĀ® One-Visit Crown System to digitally design dental restorations that we are equipped to mill right in our office. CEREC's computer-aided milling process is extremely precise, ensuring a comfortable fit when we bond newly made restorations to teeth. The metal-free ceramic and composite materials used for CEREC crowns are tooth-colored and natural looking, and the process allows us to add grooves and other details to make the crowns very natural feeling. Your single-visit crown will feel as good as your natural tooth, if not better! The benefits of a one-visit crown go beyond saving your valuable time.
