Founded in 1966, PDO School started as a Royal Dutch Shell primary school, funded and supported by Petroleum Development Oman. At that time, it was the only school in Muscat providing primary education for the children of expatriate PDO and Shell employees of all nationalities. Since its inception, PDO School has taught more than X children from all over the world. Today, PDO School is the only official International Primary Curriculum school in Oman providing primary education for PDO expatriate children and others upon request.
